Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By creating an account or using the services at ab445, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
These terms & conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users ("member" or "you") of the ab445 platform and all its services, and the entity operating ab445. These Terms may be changed at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
The ab445 platform is intended only for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. You must confirm at the time of registration that you meet this age requirement. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.
1.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one ab445 account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account closure.
2. Account Management & Security
2.1 Password Confidentiality
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
2.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately. ab445 will act promptly, but will not be liable for any losses resulting from delayed notification.
2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Transferring or selling an ab445 account to another person is strictly prohibited. Allowing someone else to use your account, or placing bets on behalf of another person, is also a violation of this policy.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount at ab445 is ৳300 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).
3.2 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
3.3 Identity Verification
For large withdrawal amounts, ab445 may request additional identity verification. This process is necessary to ensure security and prevent financial crime.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at ab445 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳20,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit + bonus combined). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- A bonus from any one promotion can be claimed only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, ab445 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.
- ab445 reserves the right to change or discontinue promotion terms at any time.
- Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page.
4.4 VIP Program
Regularly active members can join the ab445 VIP program. There are three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — each with different benefits and weekly cashback. Moving to a higher tier depends on regular activity on the platform.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
If a technical error, data feed issue, or inconsistent odds is identified, ab445 reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the original stake. Members will be notified as quickly as possible in such situations.
5.2 Fair Play Policy
All betting and gaming activities must be conducted fairly and responsibly. ab445 follows a Fair Play policy and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns detected.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a member is affected by a technical error, ab445 will provide a fair resolution to the extent possible. However, ab445 is not responsible for lost internet connections or device-related issues.
6. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab445 platform:
- Placing bets using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
- Collusion or coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
- Disrespectful, threatening, or offensive behavior toward other members or staff.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
7. Privacy & Data Protection

Members' information is not sold or transferred to third parties, though necessary information may be shared with trusted partners for legal obligations or to operate the service.
8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Closure by ab445
In cases of serious violations of the Terms, fraud, or illegal activity, ab445 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
9.2 Closure by the Member
A member may request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance in the account should be withdrawn before making the request. After account closure, any remaining balance will be returned according to the designated process.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, ab445 may apply an inactivity fee. Members will be notified by email in advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
ab445 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, ab445's liability is limited in the following situations:
- Issues caused by failures of third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).
- The user's own device or network problems.
- Unexpected technical errors or cyber attacks.
- Natural disasters or other force majeure situations.
ab445 will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or other consequential damages.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Filing a Complaint

11.2 Resolution Process
ab445 will review each complaint impartially and attempt to provide a resolution as quickly as possible. Complex disputes may take more time, and an effort will be made to reach a fair resolution with the agreement of both parties.
12. Changes to Terms
ab445 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean you have accepted the updated Terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
Any part or all of these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any part is found to be inapplicable or invalid, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
